Processing Time
Each item is handmade with care. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended — we’ll always keep you updated if there’s a delay.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We currently ship via USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail.
Delivery estimates:

Ground Advantage Mail: 3–5 business days

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its journey.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. only)
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand in the future — stay tuned!
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of USPS. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please double-check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it still hasn’t shown up after 2–3 days, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Please note: We cannot replace packages that are marked as delivered, but we’ll do everything we can to assist you.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. If you catch a mistake, contact us right away — if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update it.
